Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Agent in United States of America, you’ll be required to handle the efficient operation of the hotel front desk, welcome and receive guests to the hotel, handle check-ins and check-outs of guests, take guest bookings and reservations, book and assign rooms to guests, promote the image of the hotel, handle guest request, concerns and inquiries. You’ll also be required to ensure and maintain a clean and organized work area.
