Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Hotel Receptionist in United Kingdom, you’ll be required to handle the efficient operation of the hotel front desk, welcome and receive guests to the hotel, handle check-ins and check-outs of guests, take guest bookings and reservations, book and assign rooms to guests, promote the image of the hotel, handle guest request, concerns and inquiries.
