Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Bartender in Canada, you’ll be required to handle the efficient operation of the bar area, preparation and serving of drinks to customers, strict adherence to established health and safety protocols and regulations, rinse and wash glassware. You’ll also be required to handle the sourcing and requesting for bar supplies, provision of exceptional customer service experience and the maintenance of a clean and organized bar area.

Bartenders are expected to pay strong attention to details, have valid bartending license and experience, compassionate, impeccable interpersonal skills, good hand eye coordination skills, capable of working in varying weather conditions, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong and energetic, capable of multi-tasking effectively, reliable and trustworthy, effective time management skills, and good communication skills.
